Bobana, a young photographer in Gradiska, Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, who lost her hands to the explosion of war ordnance. Bobana, an aspiring art photographer, is today active with a group of amputees organized by the Landmine Survivors Network. This photo was awarded a commendation in the WACC Photographic Competition 2007 "Communication for Peace". Congratulations.

Prominent female journalists from the Middle East, Turkey and Austria, representing a broad range of media, took part in a Media Training Seminar on Media Monitoring at the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna, organised by Austria’s Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs.
